Core Features
Target Selector
A green light tells capacity met; amber points to a capacity that is below target.

Battery Adapter
Custom battery adapters accommodate regular batteries; Smart Cables service irregular packs by entering values.

Security
Three-tier password protection settings.

Boost
Over-discharged batteries can be repaired and returned to service.

Current Adjust
Current is automatically lowered if above limit. Service time is prolonged.
Power Management
High power demand will put batteries on a waiting queue for a short time.

Automated Programs assure safe usage even when servicing a known faulty battery
Basic Programs
Auto |
Exercises the batteries and applies Recondition if the user-set target capacity cannot be reached. |
Charge |
Applies fast charge with charge termination. |
Prime |
Prepares batteries by repeated cycling until the maximum capacity is reached. |
Advanced Programs
Self-Discharge |
Determines rate at which a battery loses charge. Reflects intrinsic safety. |
Lifecycle |
Cycles battery until the capacity fades to the set Target Selector threshold. |
Discharge Only |
Prepares battery for shipping and storage. Also checks charger function. |
Extended Prime |
Assist in formatting of battery. |
OhmTest™ |
Measure battery resistance with DC pulses; based on IEC61436 standard. |
Runtime |
Provides three discharge levels; programmable in hours and minutes. |
Boost |
Activates batteries that have been discharged too low. |
Custom Programs
POWERFUL, YET SIMPLE TO USE
A Professional Battery Analyzer
- 14 available built-in programs and over 3200 custom adapters for all kinds of batteries
- accepts lithium, nickel, lead-acid batteries
- fully programmable for battery diagnostics
- optional PC-BatteryShop software for capturing test data and real-time results
Applications

Battery Adapters FOR C7x00 Series
The SnapLock™ battery adapter connects the test battery to the C7-Series analyzer.

View our Cadex adapters for all devices. Each of the SnapLock™ adapters is compatible with our C7x00 Battery Analyzers and C8000 Advanced Battery Testing System. Search by keyword or sort by clicking any column. Contact Cadex if no Battery Adapter exists for the desired battery.

Options
PC-BatteryShop™ Software
PC-BatteryShop™ records voltage, current and temperature in real time. Supports up to 32 C7x00 battery analyzers, or 128 channels for simultaneous service.
PC Programming
Clicking on a battery model listed in PC-BatteryShop will program the battery adapter with the appropriate C-code. You can also choose a service program from the screen prior of inserting the battery.
Bar Code Label
Attaching an ID number on each battery simplifies fleet management. To service a battery, scan the label and insert the battery into the analyzer. PC-BatteryShop™ configures the analyzer and displays battery history.

Service Labels
Service labels on battery state last service, due date, and performance with capacity and internal resistance. The AutoPrint function produces the label when removing the battery form the analyzer.
