How to re-program a Battery Adapter

Your custom battery adapter comes preprogramed with option to change the settings. Each adapter holds 10 C-codes, organized into Basic C-code and Extended C-code.

How to re-program a Battery Adapter

Basic C-code sets:

  • Chemistry
  • Voltage
  • Ah

Extended C-code controls:

  • Charge Rate. Auto-adjust if high A-ratings are entered
  • Discharge Rate. Auto-adjust with high A-ratings
  • Capacity Offset corrects reading at elevated discharge
  • Temperature Range maintains battery under test
  • Standby Charge for nickel- and lead-based batteries
  • Charge Voltage sets V peak on Li-ion and lead acid
  • End of Charge mA manages charge cut-off level
  • End of Discharge Voltage governs discharge cut-off
