How to re-program a Battery Adapter
Your custom battery adapter comes preprogramed with option to change the settings. Each adapter holds 10 C-codes, organized into Basic C-code and Extended C-code.
How to re-program a Battery Adapter
Basic C-code sets:
- Chemistry
- Voltage
- Ah
Extended C-code controls:
- Charge Rate. Auto-adjust if high A-ratings are entered
- Discharge Rate. Auto-adjust with high A-ratings
- Capacity Offset corrects reading at elevated discharge
- Temperature Range maintains battery under test
- Standby Charge for nickel- and lead-based batteries
- Charge Voltage sets V peak on Li-ion and lead acid
- End of Charge mA manages charge cut-off level
- End of Discharge Voltage governs discharge cut-off
Auto Current Adjust
The C-rate automatically lower current settings if above limit. Test times will be longer.
